DIPAK Zinzuwadia, P.Eng; PMP, Sales Representative was born and raised in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, where she studied at CEPT University in Postgraduate. Structural Design. He worked for Municipal corporation, Nigam(Provicial Govt) and Private builder. As a civil engineering consultant, he has also worked with co-operative Bank, Depart of custom and several private investors. He also licensed as Indian Income tax Department appproved valuer for immavable properties.
After emigrating to Canada, Dipak worked as a Professional engineer for the S.S & Associates for over 16 years for business proposal followed by design, detail & inspect several Highrise condos and Town houses. He also studied and completed PMP from PMI.org, USA, He joined Re/max crossroad in 2016 and become Excutive club member.
In addition to his active real estate career, Dipak spends his time giving back to the community as a volunteer for Jalaram Seva Trust and 3 temple construction the past 12 years. He is married and have three children, All are in university.
