DIPAK Zinzuwadia, P.Eng; PMP, Sales Representative was born and raised in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, where he studied at CEPT University as a Postgraduate in Structural Design. He worked for a Municipal corporation, Nigam(provincial Govt), and a private builder. As a civil engineering consultant, he has also worked with cooperative Bank, Depart of Customs, and several private investors. He was also licensed as an Indian Income-tax Department-approved valuer for immovable properties.
After emigrating to Canada, Dipak worked as a Professional Engineer for the S.S. & Associates for over 16 years in charge of business proposals, followed by design, detail & inspection of several Highrise condos and Townhouses. He also studied and completed PMP from PMI.org, USA, He became an Excutive club member of Re/max.
In addition to his active real estate career, Dipak spends his time giving back to the community as a volunteer for Jalaram Seva Trust and 3 temple construction over the past 12 years. He is married and has three children, All are in university.
